The flower arrangement was exactly in the favorite colors of the recipient (a huge New Orleans Fan) Dark Purple, Green and Gold. But what put the entire experience over the top was the addition of a peacock feather! Truly amazing!

My husband sent me flowers from Riff's and I couldn't be happier. The flowers are absolutely beautiful. They are a few days old now and look just as good (maybe better because the irises opened up)as the day I got them. He sends me flowers often, but this is the first time he gets them from Riff's. I'm sure he'll order from them again!

I had placed an order online through FTD the Friday before Mother's Day. They made it very clear from the beginning that they might not be able to deliver the flowers on Sunday, so she might get them on Saturday - I was fine with that, and proceeded to order. It's now Tuesday, and she still doesn't have the flowers. After three VERY frustrating calls to FTD (I was on hold for almost 45 minutes, only to accomplish NOTHING) I decided to cancel my original order. I had done some legwork to see if I could locate the local florist FTD may have gone through (or should have, anyway) when I happened upon Linda at Riff Florist in Lancaster. She was incredibly professional, kind, and sympathetic to my plight. After cancelling my order with FTD, I called her back to place a new order directly with Riff. Not only was I able to personalize my choice of flowers and the size/amount I wanted to go with, but Linda even offered to go out herself and purchase the box of chocolates I had originally ordered through FTD. She asked what my mom liked, and how much I wanted to spend, and assured me that the flowers and chocolates would be delivered today. I highly recommend this shop - sight-unseen - and will know better in the future than to go through a flower warehouse like FTD again.
